Wheat- The Chicago wheat futures closed down 7 cents
this morning. The USDA's March supply/demand report
pegged 2009-10 U.S. wheat ending stocks at 1.001 billion
bushels, above an average of analysts' estimates for 971
million. The also increased global wheat supples by 2.1
million tonnes. |

Pea & Lentil bids -Still limited, but steady export &
domestic demand with limited grower selling have
maintained prices. Solicitation 030 was announced Feb
24 and includes 9,000 mt (19,841,400 lbs) of yellow
split peas, 3,150 mt (6,944,490 lbs) of lentils, 260 mt
(573,196 lbs) of whole yellow peas and 40 mt (88,184
lbs) of whole green peas. Our offer will be submitted
on Monday March 8th. |

Barley- Has been holding for sometime at 130. No major
news pushing the market up at this time. |
